The columns of the Cathedral located in the center of Guatemala City, house the names of thousands of victims of the CAI, collected in the Report of the Interdiocesan Project “Recovery of Historical Memory” (REHMI). Nearby is the Monseñor Juan Gerardi Memory Center, whose objective is to preserve and disseminate Gerardi’s legacy. Within its archives are more than 5,000 testimonies collected by the REHMI.
